At FK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FK account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box for identification.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
